Deserved attention to the Cliff Arm chair
We are proud to announce the receipt of the German Design Award special 2023 for our Cliff Arm chair.
The German Jury stated: “Cliff Arm is an elegant armchair with beautiful details. The fully upholstered seat and back with flex, give the chair very high comfort. Focus is on the unique craftmanship of the frame; especially the arm, while emphasizing the slim look and nice finger joint details. Visual balance in the seat and back is obtained with the organic shapes, the many details and the frame. Chair from solid wood with flexible back constructed from metal covered in matching veneer.”
The Cliff Arm chair is designed by the Danish cabinetmaker and owner of PBJ Designhouse Morten Svendsen. “I wanted to make a chair that was light, stylish and had armrests. It was important to me that you sit well in it, so the comfort is top notch.
I wanted to show good craftsmanship, so the details are fastidious, and the material is used as best as possible.”
The headline for this chair is floating armrests, flexible back and a high comfort Cliff Arm is available in Light oak, Black oak and Walnut and the polster in four leather colours and a wide range of fabrics.
